My stay was frankly terrible. I have not been treated so badly by hotel staff. Disliked: They double charged me. Booking.com collected payment then when I arrived they refused to acknowledge that and charged me again. Then told me to take it up with Booking.com and refused to help me get the confirmation I needed for reimbursement. They were rude and uncooperative. It was awful!

Thanks for the stay. Liked: Great location, staff had been very accommodating and friendly. Disliked: Our room didn’t have functioning air conditioning making the room a little stuffy, which for around 200 bones a night it would have been cool to stay cool.
